The goal of NetCityLed is to transform a public lighting system that is generally inefficient, not up to standard and extremely expensive in an intelligent and efficient infrastructure capable of guaranteeing a system of personalised services to the Organisation and citizens without structurally impacting interventions.
Our technology, integrated in the body of LED lamps and composed of electronic elements of advanced connectivity, allows the creation of a telecommunications network with which we can offer additional services that are easily accessible to the citizen, transforming the city into a true SMART CITY. Every service issue in the area is seen as a problem, with independent and often very burdensome management costs and problems. Net City LED uses public lighting systems as a basic platform that can allow the implementation of various services at very low costs and without complex, regulatory or environmental complexity.

NetCityLED. All in one armour

The services and features provided by the NetCityLed device, if considered individually, are already present on the market, but they have much more complex, costly and almost non-compliant installation and construction problems when placed in a public lighting system. The integrated NetCityLed system has solved these difficulties.

Internet of Light

For the management and control of the system, the use of a Remote-Control component via wireless network (WiFi) is envisaged, able to interface both with the lighting system and with the operations centre of the designated public body. The wiring inside the NetCityLed reinforcement guarantees the real-time monitoring of all the parameters of functionality, wear and energy consumption of the connected components promptly transmitting the data to the Control System in the event of an anomaly, with a fixed frequency or upon request of the control system. NetCityLed represents the evolution, in IoT logic, of remote control and remote management systems for public lighting

Shake-up

In Italy the expenditure for public lighting is high without being able to “adequately” illuminate roads, squares and public buildings, with negative consequences for the safety of citizens and the quality of the services provided. We spend twice as much as in other European countries, but the results are poor: our lamps consume much more, we still have a high percentage of old-generation lamps.
